All Sales Final

All purchases made through Interior Arts are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Floor Model Items

Floor model items are sold as-is at a reduced price. All floor model sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchase or contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are custom, produced to your specifications, and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed and confirmed. Our team will reach out to confirm your order details, delivery pricing, and estimated lead time before production begins.

Delivery

White glove delivery is available nationwide. Delivery pricing is confirmed by our team prior to fulfillment. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please document the damage immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hello@interior-arts.com. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
